Um...  it was a lot of stairs and also paved paths.  No plain dirt trails like you&#039;d see in the states.  

I can imagine you&#039;d have trouble with the stair sizes, but my legs had no problem.  :)</description>

		<description>Hey, when you go hiking in Japan is it on stairs?  Here in China, whenever you go to a mountain it&#039;s just thousands of little stairs.  I hate it because they seem to be sized for Chinese feet and legs, not American ones, but I&#039;m afraid if I start taking them 2 at a time I&#039;ll wipe out.  But it does make it better for all the girls in spike heels, I guess.</description>
